  • I have brought this equipment for a long time, and it keeps displaying "dialing" and sometime the LCD show in reverse without connecting tel set and during a call. Even reset it cannot solve.

    *The SRICK is broken, you can change it at a cell phone store or send back to us for repair.

  • Faild to open the software, it keeps showing copyright issues.

    *Your computer got virus, install anti-Virus software; then directly open the RAR file without unzip it. 

  • Fail to open the software can not open, it keeps showing that there is no D disk?

    * Because your compter doesn't have D disk. The program is installed at D disk by default and the C disk need permission to install.

    Solution: Install a D disk or change the computer.

  • Press any key to transfer but hungs up before playing voice.

    *Check the on duty mode is transfer to tel set or mobile phone. If is to mobile phone, please check the balance of the vice card.


  • After connecting the machine it keeps showing no equipment.

    *May cause by the following reasons:

    1. There is something wrong with the data cable;

    2. Incompatibility with apple computer;

    3. There is something wrong with the computer's USB port;

    4. There is no D disk in the computer.

    Please try to change the USB cable, reinstall the system, change the USB port, unplug some irrelevant cables, change the computer.


  • The white marketing box can be called in and cannot be called out

    *一般都是卡的问题,换张普通卡就可以了,可以通过打10000或10086看能不能正常呼出,或拨打设备的号码看能不能打通。

  • The white marketing box can not be called in.

    *By default, you need to press to transfer after playing voice; if choosing ring and waiting for answering, it can be call in like ordinary tel set. Both tele set and marketing box can show caller ID.

  • The white marketing box has an echo on a call.

    *Don't put the antenna too near to the tel set. It will generate singal interference. 

  • The white marketing box cannot play voice normally.

    *Firstly, test by the primary voice to exclude it might cause by voice, the voice must in MP3 format; 

     Secondary, copy the voice file at other place, formatting the memory card, reput the voice file in the memory card, restart the machine after insert the memory card; 

     Thirdly, change a new memory card; 

     Fourthly, if those methods metioned before don't work, the card slot is loosen and send back to repair.


  • The timing function of white marketing box will keep dialing to midnight, sometime the time is accuracy and sometime is not, which will dial at the time without setting.

    *The advertising machine's time is desynchrony with Beijing time, re-download the parameters to the advertising machine.

     Firstly, turn on the timing function, setting 4 different period, which are not not in conflict. Then it is recommended to save the setting at the left side of the software after each step during the setting in case it does't work. Finally, unplug the date cable when the peremeters download is finished.

    (Remark: don't click start voice and the black button beside the machine, otherwise it will be void)



  • During the usage of the white marketing box, the parameters are nomally, as well as the download. But when start it to test, it has interference between the computer and equipment as a result of high frequency.

    *Exit the antivirus software, restart the machine and restore to default. 

     The antenna is too close to the machine.

     Turn off and then turn on.

     Change another computer.




  • The marketing has no effect.

    *The number has been marked from too many people. Check the number from the internet and then periodically change number or make your company name on it too for advertisting.

  • Set the white marketing box to dial without playing voice and hearing what people says on the other side of the phone, but he can hear what we say.

    *Set on duty mode 4.

  • The vice module of white marketing box signal is not stable,will it interrupt the voice playing or transfer?

    *Wait a moment again.

     Check if the signal is seting in right way: use mobile phone to dial the number and the vice card, if both can be connected and talk well, they prove the signal is fine. The signal shown on the LCD might not always be accuracy and it won't influence the usage. 


  • The LCD screen of white marketing box can not show normally.

    *The LCD screen cannot show in a right way, like the words are in reverse, which is caused by the program error and not influence usage. Restart and check it is fixed or not. If not, send back to us for repair the screen or we send a new screen to you.

     

    The white marketing box crashes and keeps showing the start up content, cannot read the card and enter the signal state.

    a. use another normal SIM card to check if it is something wrong with the card.

    b. touch copper sheet of the card slot to eliminate static electricity or pull it out a bit by a pen or someting else to ensure the slot can be fully exposed to the card. 

    c. both method don't work: take a photo of the SIM card; the mobile phone uses to test; the antenna; or take a video of the test procedure. 


  • The caller ID cannot be completed shown in the white marketing box.

    *Delete the LUXU-SMALL folder at D disk. The restore default settings, save, restart, click read out ,the number will be completed. (Don't change the parameters without reason, which will has abnormal when it is changed to limit value )

  • The white marketing box can not export numbers.

    *Try to restart the device; change into another data cable; click read out if there is no number; exit the aitivirus software if it cannot read out.


  • Is there recording function of the black machine?

    *No.

  • Connecting with the dual SIM card of black machine, the tele set doesn't play the ring and the other function are normal. ​

    * The ring depends on the memory card. You can choose 1 or 2(the number is according to how many rings it has) on the menu of the tel set. And press ok when you want to choose that ring.




  • The marketing box and tel set DTMF is inaccuracy. And press 0 key cannot transfer only if press time after time.

    *Turn the all voice down.

  • The dual SIM card of black marketing machine cannot auto quick dial but can manual dial.

    * It depends on the version number, 6014 or above can quick dial. And the other version needs to fix the rapid ring program.


  • The black single card quick dial tel set stop the call interval and crash.

    *There is something wroing with the program. Reprogram it.

  • When the black marketing machine is called, it cannot show number.

    *The SIM card doesn't open the function of caller ID. It will be normal after open it.


  • The black all-in-one machine cannot turn into manual service after pressing 0 key.

    *Turn down the volume of receiver, turn down or off the volume of the main and vie module.

  • It cannot play the marketing ring voice.
    1. Firstly, close the antivitrus program and other software, in case they will shield or disturb  parameter setting download;

      2.Exclude it doesn't because there is something wroing about the voice through using our voice test(Reference data the 6th and 7th"please notice here after receiving the device");

      3.If the meue key also cannot play voice, it will be caused by the memory card or the voice file;

      4.Format the memory card before copying the voice;

      5.You need to restart the device on each time you take out the memory card and insert again. Otherwise, it will definitely cannot play voice. Also don't take out the memory card during the divice starting up;

      6.Turn down the volume.


  • The marketing has no effect.

    A) Recording: download a record software, which can save into MP3 OR wav format on your cell phone; 

    B) Number identification: You can go to identify your company name at some number identification websit, which is facilitated to sift customer. At the same time, termly go appeal your number and cancel some adverse record. 

    C) Termly change the number and check at each number marking website.

    D) Number collection: Collect pointed number from some specific tool, which can achieve half the work with double results. 

    E) Replacing the mode of waiting maunal dialing: You can set the mode of directly connect to manual service after ring.


  • The timing is not accurate or the timer function cannot be set

    *1. The timing is not accurate: redownload the parameters, which time is synchronize with the computer.

     2. The timing function cannot be set: firstly, turn on the timing function, setting 4 different time that don't conflict each other; Secondary, save the setting after each operating step, in case it does't work; finally, unplug the data cable after finish download the parameter.( You only can set the time behind this monment, otherwise, the timing function will work until tomorrow.)

    (Notice don't click start voice or the on/off button on the tel set, otherwise, it will donot work.)


  • Unable to read call record.

    *You need to connect the data cable to read it. If it don't have number, you need to click "read record"on the software.

     If it cann't read, try to restart the device, change another data cable, colse the antivitrus software, delete the whole folder of LUXU-A600 in D disk(If it cannot be deleted, close the smiling face software first.)Then turn on the software and default setting, save, clik the read record.

    If it still doesn't work, contact us to upgrade the program.

  • The device keeps showing reading and the card cannot be read.

    * Restart the device or change another ordinary SIM card; touch the copper sheet by your finger; test the SIM card on other ordinary android cell phone we daily use to check it can call out or be called in, some of the SIM card need to add a sticker to decode. If the card can be read, the device screen will show电话营销助手。


  • How to transfer to mobile phone (dual SIM card version can transfer to mobile phone and single card only can transfer to the landline?).

    *Insert the vice card, which is used when nobody is on duty and the call will be transferred. You can set the own's mobile phone on the software.
